Following grievance redressal procedures has been adopted in OSMCL for an efficient and effective way to meet the goals and objective of the Corporation.
- The physical grievance hearing from suppliers/ stake holders / public is conducted from 4.00 PM to 5.00 PM on every Monday in OSMCL Hqrs.
- In case, Monday is a holiday, the grievance hearing shall be held on next working day.
- All concerned person shall be allowed to report at the reception desk of OSMCL on the physical grievance hearing day 30 minutes before the stipulated timing.
- All physical grievances shall be intimated in writing. All supporting documents shall be presented before Managing Director during grievance hearing.
- All the grievance documents marked by MD, OSMCL shall be recorded in a register maintained at MD’s Secretariat and forwarded to concerned division for further course of action in order to update the compliance status of the recorded grievance.
- Updating of compliance status is done by MD’s Secretariat as and when communication is received from the concerned division.
- The compliance status is communicated to the petitioner, if he desires.
- In the absence of MD, OSMCL, the authorised official will conduct the grievance hearing.
- Grievance hearing can’t be entertained on any other day or time other than scheduled day or time.
- Any type of vague/ irrelevant /anonymous grievances shall not be entertained.
